By using the Yume website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you do not, you may use the website only where a parent or guardian can agree on your behalf and the applicable law allows that. A specific minimum age is not stated on this page.

Yume is software related to Counter-Strike 2. This website describes the product and provides access to official Yume channels.

The website itself does not deliver the software, create an account, collect payment credentials, or complete a purchase.

Yume uses Discord as an official channel for community access, purchase information, reseller information, and communication or support where applicable.

Selecting Purchase Yume or Join Discord opens the official Yume Discord. Visiting Discord or selecting a purchase-related link does not itself create or complete a transaction.

Discord is a third-party platform. It does not become Yume merely because it hosts the Yume server. Yume does not control Discord's platform. Discord's own terms and privacy rules apply to your use of Discord. Discord is not described here as Yume's payment processor.

Yume does not currently process purchases directly through this website. Selecting “Purchase Yume” directs you to the official Yume Discord, where current pricing, availability, purchase instructions and reseller information may be provided.

Payments are handled through an authorized Yume reseller. Visiting the Discord server or selecting a purchase link does not itself create or complete a transaction.

A transaction is completed only after you follow the purchase process supplied through official Yume channels and complete payment through the applicable reseller.

Yume may make products available through authorized resellers. Current authorized reseller information is communicated through official Yume channels, primarily the Yume Discord.

You should purchase only using reseller information supplied through official Yume channels. Payments may be facilitated by authorized third-party resellers. A reseller may operate its own checkout or payment process.

Transaction details controlled by a reseller may also be subject to that reseller's applicable terms or policies. These Terms continue to govern use of the Yume software and related Yume service itself. An authorized reseller is not described here as a Yume employee or as the same legal entity as Yume.

This website does not process payments. Discord is used to communicate purchase information. The applicable authorized reseller handles the transaction and payment process.

Prices, available plans, payment methods and other transaction details may change and will be communicated through the applicable official purchase channel before payment is completed. Older Discord messages or screenshots should not be treated as current pricing.

Payment information may be provided directly to the applicable reseller or to the payment provider used by that reseller. Yume's public website does not collect or process payment credentials, such as full card numbers, security codes, banking credentials, or payment authentication credentials.

Access or fulfilment details will be provided through the applicable official purchase channel after the transaction requirements have been completed.

If you obtain Yume software, Yume grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use, subject to these terms and any additional terms communicated at the time of purchase or access. Yume remains the owner of the software. This licence does not allow redistribution or sublicensing unless Yume expressly permits it.

You are responsible for using the website and any Yume software you obtain in a lawful manner, for keeping any invite or access details you receive under your control, and for not impersonating others.

You may not interfere with the website or related Yume systems, attempt unauthorized access to those systems, or redistribute proprietary Yume software without permission.

The website, Discord community, and Yume software may change, become temporarily unavailable, or be withdrawn. Yume does not promise uninterrupted access.

The Yume name, the 夢 mark, and the contents of this website are protected as Yume's intellectual property unless otherwise noted. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

Yume may suspend or end access to the website, community invitations, or software access where use appears unlawful, abusive, or in breach of these terms, or where Yume discontinues the relevant offering.

Any applicable refund, cancellation or transaction-specific terms will be communicated through the relevant purchase channel or reseller and remain subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may interact with separate third parties during purchase or use of official channels. These include Discord and authorized resellers. A reseller may collect transaction details, provide available payment methods, process payment, provide transaction confirmation, and communicate transaction-specific requirements.

The information processed by a reseller depends on the reseller and payment method used. Those parties operate independently of this website. Their own terms and policies may apply to that interaction.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and any related information are provided as they are, without a promise that they will be error-free, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms attempts to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yume is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or from following a link to a third-party service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

Yume may change, pause, or discontinue the website or related offerings. Material changes that affect an existing purchase will be communicated through the channel used for that purchase where that is reasonably possible.

These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date will change when they are. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.

These terms do not currently designate a governing law or venue. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain available.
