This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with Yume. Yume is referred to here as a project and brand. This page does not name a separate legal entity because none has been published for this website.

Purchases are not completed on yume.today. Official purchase information is provided through Discord, and payments are handled by an authorized reseller.

This policy distinguishes three environments:

yume.today, the public website. Discord, the official community and purchase-information channel. Authorized resellers and any payment provider used by a reseller, which handle the transaction and payment process.

These environments are not the same. Information handled in one is not automatically handled in the others.

The website does not currently operate accounts, sign-in, contact forms, email collection, or payment checkout. It does not request a name, email address, password, or payment credentials.

Yume does not run a first-party analytics product, error-reporting service, or advertising pixel on this website.

Yume's public website does not request or store full payment card credentials.

This website is deployed through Cloudflare. When you visit, hosting and network infrastructure may process standard request information needed to serve and protect the pages. That can include an IP address, browser or user-agent information, the requested URL, request timing, and security or network metadata.

That processing is performed by infrastructure providers. This website does not permanently store those request logs in a Yume product database.

The website code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting or security providers may still use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver or protect the site.

The introductory experience may store a temporary value in sessionStorage to remember whether the full introductory animation has already been shown during the current browser session.

That value is not a cookie and is not used for advertising. Fonts used on this website are delivered as part of the site build.

Yume uses Discord as an official community and purchase-information channel. When you select Purchase Yume or Join Discord, you leave yume.today and interact with Discord, a third-party service.

Information you provide through Discord may include information visible through your Discord profile or information you voluntarily communicate to Yume staff, moderators, or resellers. Yume does not receive all data held by Discord, and Discord does not provide Yume with users' private Discord account information merely because a Yume server exists.

Discord may be used to communicate pricing, availability, reseller details, purchase instructions, support information, and fulfilment information. This website does not ask you to send payment credentials through Discord.

Discord's own terms and privacy practices apply to activity on Discord. Yume does not operate or control Discord.

Yume does not currently process payments directly through yume.today. Purchases are arranged through official Yume channels and payments are handled by an authorized reseller.

Selecting Purchase Yume opens Discord so that current purchase information can be provided. That click is not a payment and does not complete a transaction.

When you purchase Yume through a reseller, you are interacting with a third-party sales and payment channel. The reseller may process information necessary to complete the transaction. The exact information depends on the reseller and payment method used.

The reseller's own privacy practices may apply. Relevant transaction information may be shared with Yume where necessary for fulfilment, verification, customer support, or record keeping.

Yume does not sell personal information. This policy does not name a specific reseller because none has been published in this project.

Payment credentials, such as card numbers, banking credentials, or payment authentication credentials, are processed by the reseller or the payment provider used by that reseller. They are not processed by the Yume public website.

Payment and transaction information may therefore be collected directly by the reseller or the payment provider used by that reseller. Yume's access to transaction information may vary depending on the reseller and purchase process.

Yume may receive or maintain some transaction or fulfilment information where necessary to deliver or support the product. That may include information such as purchase status, a transaction reference, the product or plan purchased, the date of purchase, the reseller used, or a Discord account used for fulfilment. This policy does not claim that every example is always collected.

Information processed through yume.today is used to serve the website, remember the introductory animation state for the current session, and provide links to official Yume channels.

Where applicable, transaction or fulfilment information may be used to verify a purchase, provide access, provide customer support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent fulfilment, maintain transaction or access records, and handle disputes or refund requests where applicable.

Yume does not use website information for advertising profiles, cross-site tracking, or automated marketing lists.

Information may be processed by the categories of third parties described in this policy where needed to operate the website, host official channels, complete a purchase, or fulfil access. Sharing is limited to what is necessary for those purposes. Yume does not sell personal information.

Relevant third-party categories include:

The introductory session value is kept only for the current browser session and is removed when that session ends or when the stored value is cleared. Infrastructure logs, if retained at all, follow the hosting provider's own practices.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, including fulfilment, support, security, record-keeping, dispute handling and legal obligations where applicable.

Yume uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and services involved, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You can choose not to follow Discord or purchase links. You can clear sessionStorage and other browser data through your browser controls.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights in relation to personal information. This policy does not claim compliance with any particular privacy statute. If you want to make a request about information that may relate to you, use the contact method below once one has been published.

The website, Discord, and reseller channels may be reached from many countries. Hosting and other service providers may process request or transaction information in the locations where they operate. This policy does not designate a specific data-controller country or transfer mechanism.

This website is not directed at children. A specific minimum age is not stated here because one has not been published for this project. Do not use the site to submit personal information about a child.

Yume may update this policy as the website or its practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when that happens. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to later visits.
